Out of stock | | | Traditional racquet design has typically made racquets stiffer and stiffer. That's fine for power, but what good is power if you can't also control the ball? That's why Head created the Flexpoint 6 mid-plus tennis racquet, which flexes in a whole new way. Powered by Liquidmetal, Flexpoint technology breaks the rules of classic racquet design with two precisely engineered control holes and dimples, giving the racquet a revolutionary new flexpoint. These two newly designed holes are positioned at 3 and 9 o'clock on the racquet head, with the dimple engineered to reduce beam height by a maximum of 25 percent and the hole increasing sectional flexibility by up to 50 percent. The result is a racquet with an unbeatable combination of power and control, with a large sweet spot that delivers solid feel and touch. The racquet works by forming a "cup" that surrounds the ball, just as your hand cups a ball before you throw it. This cupping effect increases dwell time and maximizes control without sacrificing even a hint of power. Add in a mid-plus-sized racquet head--which is ideal for players who want a larger swing surface--and you have an ideal racquet for the modern player.

PERFECT , JUST PERFECT Jan 22, 2008 This is my first racket ever which feels like I've used forever from the very first time I did. My old one (different Head model) broke in two after some 6 years of use while playing against a very hard server; if this one survives the same fate I honestly expect it to be my one and only racket for even longer than that.
Excelent product at an incredible price.

Head Tennis Flex 6 Midpoint liquid... Dec 11, 2007 I was pleased with the quality and performance of this new design. I bought the raquet for more control than power. It allows me to get good pace and ball placement. I've been playing with Wilson raquets for the better part of 2007. The Hammer 4 and nCode 6 are both good, I found the Head Flex 6 easy to hit with the first few times out. I'd recommend this produce especially for the reasonable Amazon price.
